Seekly operates seekly.ca and is based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who interacts with our website and services. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide our services:

• Contact form - your name, email address, and the message you submit. Your business name if you choose to include it.
• GEO Scorer tool - the website URL you enter for analysis. This URL is used in-flight to generate your score and is not stored once the request completes.
• Discovery call booking - any information you provide when booking through Cal.com (name, email, availability). This is handled directly by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (health, financial, or government identifiers) and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry or question.
• To deliver services you have engaged us for.
• To schedule and conduct discovery or project calls.
• To send transactional messages directly related to your inquiry or project (not marketing).

We will not send you marketing communications without your express consent, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). If you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected].

Disclosure & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers - transactional email providers used solely to deliver your inquiry to our inbox. These providers are contractually bound to handle data only for this purpose.
• Legal requirement - if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Retention

Inquiry and project data is retained for the duration of our engagement with you and for a reasonable period thereafter (generally no more than three years) in case of follow-up or legal necessity. Data from the GEO Scorer is not stored. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our website is served over HTTPS. No transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• Withdraw consent to our use of your personal information (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
